Hi, I’m Dominic Glover.
I partner with business leaders to help them get control over one of the toughest challenges: consistently hiring excellent talent that drives their business forward.
My approach to talent acquisition has been shaped by over a decade in the field, including partnering on major, complex projects like NASA missions, the LA Olympics, and the F-35 Program. In addition I've worked internally at Recreational Equipment Inc., AECOM, and Shimmick Construction. These experiences taught me how the best of the best do recruiting.
I also bring the perspective of a business owner myself. Nearly a decade running my own business has given me a deep, and sometimes humbling, understanding of the P&L and recruiting realities SMBs face. I've learned firsthand how much getting the right hires, or the wrong ones, impacts everything.
I believe in building smart, reliable systems. My background in strategic systems thinking and hands-on implementation experience with leading TA platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, and more allows me to build best-in-class hiring capabilities tailored for SMBs.
My goal is simple: to make getting highly values-aligned frontline and overhead talent onboard faster and retained longer achievable for you, so your business can capture more revenue and maximize its assets.
Beyond the boardroom, I studied Liberal Arts at the University of Oregon and Oregon State University where I had the honor of playing varsity football. If you have a favorite quarterback from the Pac 10/12, between 2007 and 2012, I probably ran full speed into him at one point. I’m deeply involved in ministry work and often join home-building trips with Baja Christian Ministries in Mexico. I’m an active member of my church. I enjoy the beach, running, sports, and traveling.
